Remote support for Linux
We offer maintenance and support for any systems that we install, but
it's especially cost-effective when this involves one of our Linux
systems that has a fixed connection to the Internet. Why? Because, as
far as the Linux is concerned, there's almost nothing you can't do
from a distance. This includes everything from running regular
maintenance updates, to the installation of any application, to user
support, to whole operating system upgrades. Linux is a dream come true
for small businesses, not only because its remote access capabilities
can drastically reduce support response times, but because it makes

Standard support for Windows
Naturally, we will also support any Windows system that we install
with the same amount of flexibility. Although Windows does not include
the same technical advantages for remote access that Linux offers,
limited remote support is possible under certain circumstances.
Support for existing hardware
We also offer limited maintenance and support to organisations that let
us reconfigure their existing computers. Limited, of course, since we
can't actually guarantee hardware that you didn't purchase through RJ
Systems. But, where there's a will there's a way, and we're confident
